Brizzon Club – Entry Rules
Regulations for entering and leaving the Brizzon Billiard Club
1. Access to the club
A pass holder receives temporary entry keys to the billiard club building.
The key opens the billiard hall.
2. Disabling the alarm before entry
Before entering the club, the alarm must be disabled:
On the reader at the main entrance,
Or at the side entrance (to the billiard club).
To disable the alarm, enter the appropriate code and click OK.
3. In case of alarm issues
If the alarm is not functioning properly or is triggered, immediately contact the buildings security representative: +48 600 965 805
4. Access during Quay company working hours
On weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Quay company employees are present in the building.
During this time, the building is usually unlocked.
5. Entering the club
Enter the club through the white glass side door of the building.
Do not enter through the Quay company office outside of office working hours.
6. Entrance gate
The blue gate operates via phone number – any number entered into the database can open it.
7. Reporting malfunctions
Any damage or irregularities (e.g., with entrance doors or the gate) must be reported immediately.
8. Club tidiness
After playing, cover the table with the cover and it is recommended to brush it.
Return balls and cues to their designated places.
9. Rules for leaving
Check that no one else remains in the hall.
Turn off lights and devices.
Activate the alarm (enter the code and click OK).
Lock the exit door with a key, ensuring it is bolted.
10. Emergency procedure
In case of lost keys – contact administration or security immediately.
In case of a power outage or issues with the reader/code – contact security or the building administrator.
11. Safety
It is prohibited to share the key or code with third parties.
Do not leave doors or gates open without supervision.
