Subscriber Agreement

Paid subscriptions to and other services on this site are governed by the following terms and agreement:


Payments for subscriptions can be made via traditional bank transfer or other payment methods. All subscriptions are processed in PLN unless otherwise shown.

PREMIUM subscriptions are charged once only and do not renew.


Subscribers are authorized to receive the services outlined on the subscription page for the duration of their subscription. Services are effective immediately upon receipt of payment.

Submitting a complaint

1. The User has the right to submit complaints in matters relating to paid services. Complaints may be submitted in particular for the lack of or improper access to services.

2. The user reports any irregularities related to the use of the platform to the e-mail address

3. The Service Provider will make every effort to remove irregularities in the event of their occurrence as technically possible within the time limits specified by the external provider of the Platform.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the paid services on the platform will meet the expectations and requirements of the User and that their functioning on the User's device will be completely error-free and that it is compatible with each operating system on which it is used. The Service Provider is not responsible for any damage to the User incurred as a result of the malfunctioning of the platform.

5. The deadline for considering the complaint is 14 days - from the date of receipt of the complaint.

6. Complaint handling procedure.

If the Service Provider does not respond to the User's complaint within 14 days, it is considered to be justified.

d) If the complaint is accepted, the Service Provider will take appropriate action in accordance with the User's request.

e) We provide the possibility of using extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and redress in legal relations with Users.
