1.  General League Rules: Game version Formula B135 STANDARD OPEN 

League format: Round-robin (league system), race to 4

2.The classification is determined by:
1. the number of matches won
2. the rack balance
3. the Formula B135 points average.

3. Time: The league lasts around 5 months (18 or 22 weeks). The start is planned on 18.04.2023r
(The date of the league inauguration may be delayed untill the players list will be fullfilled)
a)       PLAYERS LIMIT – Min. 10 players. Max. 12 players.

4.Entry fee: 25 USD (PREMIUM 12,5 USD)

5.Detailed league rules:

 The league consists of 9-11 rounds  (it depends on the number of players). 2 weeks per 1 match. Fridays are the proper dates of the match. There is a possibility to play the match earlier after the agreement of the both sides. It is possible to postpone the match to another date. Then a match must be played before the next round, however the change must be called to the organizers and the opponent at least one day before the proper date.
 
A player who does not attend the match on the proper date without informing the rival will be punished with a walk-over!

A special WhatsApp or Messenger group will be created to make a communication between players easier.
The matches will be generated by the platform so that the player can join the match by only one click.

SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION Regulations formulab135.com

General Provisions

The purpose of the competition is to determine the winners of the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION "Formula B135 Standard Open Extra tournament", which will take place on the formulab135.com platform.

The organizer of the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION is Formula B 1-3-5 sp. z o. o.

Participation in the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION is paid:

STANDARD: 100 PLN,

PREMIUM / JUNIOR (UP TO 18 YEARS): 50 PLN.

Additional Information

By participating in the competition, the player agrees to abide by these Regulations.

In each generated league match, the competitors of the given match referee each other according to the variant of the game in which the league takes place, in exceptional cases the referee is appointed by the league administrator.

In all matters relating to the competition, not covered by the regulations of these Regulations, the Organizer makes the decision.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations during the League.

In matters not covered by the Regulations, the law in force in the Republic of Poland should be applied, in particular the Civil Code.

Participation in the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION is payable and voluntary. Participants take part in it at their own risk and bear the associated risk. The Organizer does not insure participants of the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION against the consequences of accidents (accident insurance) and does not provide care for underage players. Parents or legal guardians or other persons authorized by them take care of underage participants during the SUPER

By submitting applications for the League, participants accept these Regulations and its rules.

Image and personal data of players

Participation in the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION is synonymous with consent to: free use of players' image and personal data (in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data - Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883, as amended) in the scope:

first name, last name, image, for publication on websites associated with the League, the Organizer's Facebook fanpage, and in television and press promoting the League and the Organizer, along with consent to the processing of personal data for the needs necessary only for the implementation and promotion of the League.

General rules of the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION "Formula B135 Standard Open Extra tournament"

The SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION can be attended by people who are at least 15 years old.

In the case of minors, it is additionally required to submit a statement of the parent/legal guardian consenting to the child's participation in the League.

The Organizer reserves the right to show a document confirming the identity and age of the League player.

The "Formula B135 Standard Open Extra tournament" League will take place for a minimum of 10 competitors, if there is not a minimum number of players, the league will be canceled and the entry fee will be refunded within 2 weeks of the cancellation of the league.

Only players whose names and surnames appear on the applications can appear in the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION. Any changes after confirming the players are considered invalid.

The condition for a player's participation in the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION is the payment of the entry fee to the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION and in particular:

Having an account on the platform,

Providing first and last name, age during registration on the formulab135.com platform

attaching all required declarations and consents (consent to participate in the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION of each player and if the player is a minor consent of the parent/legal guardian),

Registration for the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION takes place by confirming the payment of the entry fee by the administrators.

If the player does not show up on the platform on the day of the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION, they will be disqualified, with no possibility of refunding the entry fee.

Rules applicable during the "SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION"

During the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION each player is required to have their own equipment enabling the game in Formula B135: a) Laptop, tablet, smartphone or other device enabling the game on the platform.

Players are required to behave in accordance with the principles of fair play - it is unacceptable to use profanity, indecent gestures, attempts to cheat, acts of aggression or vandalism.

All behaviors disrupting the course of the game, including deliberate destruction of the game station, interruption of power supply, internet and other causing deliberate interruption of the game are prohibited. This results in the immediate removal of the player from the SUPER LEAGUE OPEN 2nd EDITION (along with a possible correction of points earned or complete disqualification of the player from the league).

During the match on the server, no observer (spectate) may be present except for the administrator, coordinator, Organizer.

In case a player is disconnected from the server during an ongoing attempt, and the attempt has not yet been completed, the attempt must be repeated.

Matches interrupted due to technical server issues must be repeated at the next time designated by the organizer.

If the match was interrupted during its first half, the match should be started from 0:0 or continued from the last score with the consent of both players of the given match.

In case the second half of the game is interrupted, the resumption starts from the score of the first part of the match (after switching sides).

Cheating

Using game bugs is strictly punished.

Using in-game chat to irritate/offend other players is prohibited.

All actions that could infringe the copyright and property rights of the Organizer are prohibited.

Players must immediately inform the Organizer of the match about the use of an illegal move by the opponent under penalty of losing the right to lodge a complaint after the match.
